Future of Eye Health: Optometry Residency Program
The UNSW Optometry Residency Program is a rigorous two-year postgraduate training pathway that develops highly skilled clinicians and system-minded leaders. Residents undertake high-volume, supervised clinical rotations across hospitals, community clinics, and specialty practices; lead quality-improvement and research projects; and receive weekly mentorship and tailored leadership development. Your support enables immediate patient impact, service redesign, and supports a future-ready optometric workforce.
- Visionary Circle: $50,000 will fund named scholarships; program expansion. Recognition: bespoke acknowledgement, invitations to exclusive events, tailored engagement, plaque, framed certificate.
- Partners in Vision: $15,000 will fund resident rotations; quality improvement projects; mentorship. Recognition: acknowledgement in program materials, annual donor briefings, large framed certificate.
- Eye Care Champions: $5,000 will fund professional development and leadership training. Recognition: donor wall listing; inclusion in annual impact reports; framed certificate.
