We know that women are under-represented in the built environment sector and that the representation of women in leadership roles is one of the greatest challenges facing society today – both in Australia and globally.
We need to proactively mentor and promote women if we are to retain our female talent in the professions. There is significant attrition of women from the industry mid-career. If we are to retain this talent and expertise we need to mentor and support these women to stay and succeed in the Built Environment and help them take the next step in their careers into leadership positions.
To help achieve 50% women in leadership roles in the Built Environment, every gift, no matter the amount, makes a difference.
If 100 people gave $100 each, that will fund one female to study the Women in Leadership program and allow them to influence change and shape the future.
